*AV* -- That does seem to ring a bell with USAG<GGG>. In the case of MEGW, this would mean that the 90% insider shares are the shares being swapped around and exchanged for the other companies. Does this make those shares still restricted or are they freely tradeable after the exchange. seems to me that would increase the float.

Or does it mean that after all is said and done you get a big Reg S type of situation as the shares become tradeable? What we need is a good Stock Detective<GGG>.
