Started position in CTO another REIT that Paul Senior has been accumulating since early 2019. CTO also owns 19% of Alpine (PINE) in the PINE IPO (I believe they 1031 exchanged properties for IPO shares). CTO been buying new properties w/ 7.6% cap rates and selling some others w/ lower cap rates 5.4%.

As Paul Sr. mentioned, selling land assets and transition to net-net lease properties.

I do like properties in growth States like FL, AZ and TX among others. Also, some anchor tenants include Aldi's similar to UBP's tenants.
