Don't think so. More likely, empty talk to dodge the pressure. Odds are? He Slow Walks & weasels around til it's too late to actually get er done.

As you know my memory is not good, but I'm sure I read he's getting the same company that vetted the machines before the Nov election to do the audit.

Someone has bought him and the SoS.

Now he's vulnerable and has to betray the president, his party, and the Constitution.
