I'll have to research, but I don't believe the pardon grants "innocence, an acquittal, absolution, etc". Read that somewhere. That's why they (Powell and Flynn) were going for the acquittal (they actually asked PDJT not to pardon), and the pardon didn't happen months (or even years ago, now) when everyone knew that Flynn was innocent. I do not believe Flynn is eligible for any sort of Federal position with "just" a "pardon". The pardon is "taking care of business, just in case"..... Sullivan did even more insidious...unconscionable....all he had to do was dismiss the case when charges were dropped. WHY? Not doing so was judicial activism.....He should be impeached and disbarred.
