On the conspiracy theories, I'm wondering if these downgrades are due in part to the need to buy in at very cheap prices. To me some of the downgrades are being done 'after the fact'. The present prices seem to very fairly reflect the present day prices in oil, future (possible) oversupply, warm weather in the North and so on. I also am suprised with the uncertainty in with Sadaam, that we are not seeing the opposite ie. a rally. I am not a techie but if Hmar breaks through support at 18ish, I'm concerned that the next base seems to be the original offer price of 11-12. Any thoughts? I am seriously considering buying more on Monday. Steve D.
