I have been consistently short. But have looked for advantages to buy in and get out quickly. I am presently out. I have a very difficult time assigning a proper book value to this stock and the reason is clear. Arakis is worth what someone is willing to pay for its concession. Should it stay the course, one will have to wait for the completion of the project -- and all the intervening variables -- and just hope for the best. Tumbleweed.
