This is coming down to a think tank response but take note Warren Buffett sees the writing on the wall by selling out of most of his bank positions. Blockchain currencies will allow the Central Bank to get the money directly to the people where the traditional banking system of credit scrutiny can be bypassed and the total failure of the trickle down economics. The exact details I don't know but I am expecting there will be a guaranteed minimum income for everyone in the world if the Davos crowd is trying to alleviate poverty.

For people who stiff the central bank on a loan I am sure your social credit score would take a hit.. You can be creative about it as much as you want. I am sure many debtors will get at the minimum a portion their debts wiped out.

I agree with you I think the people who will own bitcoin are the ones who are either criminals or ones who think they will be badly screwed by the reset. For one I think the scheme will horribly penalize the people who have been good actors in society who made the right decisions in life don't carry any debt pay their bills and have amassed assets free and clear but not at the level considered an "elite."

Breakfast dollar? Hmm, sounds like a delicious idea! Graham came up with a similar concept after the 1929 crash, although most of the items in this basket backing the currency would not be too pleasant to eat ;) ... It seems he wrote about it in World Commodities and World Currency (1944) and Storage and Stability (1937) as mentioned by Irving Kahn in some old interviews.
