Joe,

You've done a good job with your 'Honesty' letter to Neal - you didn't pull any punches - and it's possible that you've actually gotten through to him.

But... we all know guys like Custer - and nothing short of death-bed conversion is going to change the way he does business. To people like him - honesty is not even an option - because their entire business lives are built on deception and the pursuit of short-term gain at the expense of others - win-lose.

OK - anyway - enough preaching - no doubt they laugh as they read this stuff. You've put a lot of energy into researching every aspect of this company so you know more than me what they are. My question to you is why you don't instead devote your time to getting an SEC investigation going? Is it possible that you hold the least shred of hope for success in this company?

Regards,
Peter

For anyone that thought today was the release of the 10-Q:

Neal says the February 6th date of release for the 10-Q is incorrect. He states that usually the release of the 10-Q is around 40-45 days after quarter end, which in this case would be February 9 -14. He rechecked with his CFO yesterday and again this morning....release is slated most likely for Friday,February 13th.
