I refuse to watch FOX. I love Levin. This is all old news. The clock is ticking. Everyone knows the election was stolen

Mark Levin made an interesting point (among others). Pa Constitution states that changing election law requires an amendment to the state constitution. That was not done. Therefore, the decision of the heavily partisan state Supreme Court in favor of massive mail vote is in violation of the state constitution - which represents a violation of the federal Constitution. So, if the SCOTUS takes on this case, which they should, they will likely decide in favor of invalidating the outcome of PA vote, and have their legislature make the decision about electors.

We did and I was really surprised to hear that not only did the Penn SC violate the US constitution, but 14 months ago the Penn legislature violated their own constitution. One has to question the motive because we know these people are not stupid.

Mike Kelly U.S. congressman, et al made an issue of it in their first question in their Emergency Application for Writ of Injunction at the USSC.

It's in PDF form and I can't get it to paste here.
