That is the point the Roberts sold us out on by going with the Dems making it a 4/4 decision. It should go Trump 5/4 this week at the SC. Our only hope is that would make a couple of State legislatures turn their vote and take it to the house for a 26/24 Trump decision if Pelosi allows the vote.

If these cases are taken up by the Supreme Court it is going to shock some people who are relying on lower courts which in the affected states are packed with hard-core Dems and RINOs.

The USSC may avoid the issue not wanting to look politically motivated, but if ever there is a time for the Court to stand up and do the right thing, it seems this would be it.
