Alas poor sam. He was born too soon and died under the midnight sun before Dr. fipski brought a little excitement to the far north. I doubt it if yosmite and sam were kinfolk but yosie sure could have protected sam from his awful fate. To find out more about the life and times of sam mcgee read about robert service.
