If these cases are taken up by the Supreme Court it is going to shock some people who are relying on lower courts which in the affected states are packed with hard-core Dems and RINOs.

It's going to shock half the population, anyone who gets their news solely from the MSM. I have had a couple people call me a conspiracy theorist because I insist the election was stolen and there is strong evidence to that effect. They don't get anything from the MSM about what is going on.
The USSC may avoid the issue not wanting to look politically motivated
That's my fear.

Whether the Court gets involved or not, it will be a shock to many people. What the Left did was a very serious - basically, open - power grab. They were in a full revolutionary mode, and acted on it. They probably thought that adding some ballots and and playing with the machines was the icing on the cake, just a little insurance policy... that Joe was winning - or close to winning anyway. Turns out that their echo chamber pollsters and the media misled them. The necessary interference turned out to be massive. So, things became problematic, confusing - and, yep, shocking.

The USSC may avoid the issue not wanting to look politically motivated,

The USSC is getting plenty of cover if they don't want to take up the case. Especially with the lower courts and judges throwing the cases out, many Dems and Rino's closing their eyes to the fraud, and the blinders by the fakepress including FUX News. Then add in the Justice Department and the Attorney General playing deaf ,dumb and blind.

I hope the SC takes the case even if only to say that future fraud will be restrained and challenged, even if they refuse to reverse this election.

I would love to hear Sen Cruz argue the case. IMO, the SC might actually prefer that to escape any circus atmosphere or showtime TV gimmicks.
