CHL was up. HSBHY & CITIC were up in London trading. My GUESS is that
currency crises abatement in Korea, positive statements by IMF & World Bank, the time to allow reason to overcome emotion will all contribute to rally Monday in HK.

I am NOT a short term trader....because I am terrible at it. But, I
believe the H Shares & Red Chips should start to climb after the New Year. I have seen projections that HK could end 1998 back at the
15,000-16,000 range. A little optimistic, perhaps. But, IMO, many good companies are cheap. Nature hates a vaccum. Markets hate cheap stocks. Equilibrium reigns supreme over time.
