Last, you had noted this one being accumulated. Volume continues. Merrill Lynch research report dated 1/30/98 has this as an intermediate term Buy and long term Accumulate. I did not find out about the nature of the change, but my broker friend thought it was a good rec.

From Report:

Premier Farnell is a UK company. Catalogue Distribution: Small order distribution of electronic components and other products to a wide customer base of industrial users in the UK, US, Europe and Asia Pacific. Volume Distribution: Farnell Electronic Services distributes semiconductors, passives and electromechanicals to larger consumers in the UK, Europe and North America. Appliance Spares: CPC (Uk) and MCM (US) are catalogue distributors af parts for electrical and office products. Industrial Products and Manufacturing: fastener districbution, automotive trade supplies, industrial consumables, Brooks, Akron Brass, TPS Wire and Cable and Cadillac & Hoffman. ADRs exposed to currency fluctuations. Dividends paid gross less withholding. 2 shares = 1 ADR Current earnings estimate for year is .90 which gives a P/E of 12.

Last, any current views on prospects for DDIM, which I bought during the week but has continued to slide (in at 14 1/4), seems to get mixed reviews from my reading.

Jenna, CYMI was a nice end to my week, I got quite the thrill after buying on Weds. at 14 7/8 seeing it in the process of gapping up on Friday morning where I sold at open for 2 point gain. Thanks.

After playing tennis 3 times a week all summer, I have let my game go to dust and am leaving now to finally play a match. Hope my arm doesn't fall off from rust.

David
