Paul Senior post 9/2013. I put RFP on watch list like the Price/BV (0.37x). Need to look at debt (can it be refinanced at historical low rates) and property/land owned. RFP. Still a value stocks perhaps. I followed Prem Watsa into RFP about three years ago, and although the stock's been up and down, at this point, I'm still underwater on the majority of my shares. I've waited long enough for business improvement -- it might be there--- I don't see it. Mr. Watsa does apparently--- his position (~29M shares) a/o May report, is now up to about 16% of his FFH. I note Michael Price has a relatively small position also.
