What do our history, traditions, monuments, rules and sacrifices mean to most of these new "Americans." NOTHING! Even those we rescued from a tent in the desert (like Omar) or filthy slums in third world countries, have contempt for our history - and what has always made America a great and unique melting pot. True - I've known many immigrants, legal and illegal. For the most part, the legal ones will be hanging flags (USA :-)) on July 4, and love and appreciate this country. The illegals, for the most part - opposite.
