[Off Topic: Options Broker] Thanks for the Waterhouse recommendation, Patriot. They seem pricey for options, especially for those who trade a lot of spreads, but if they're that fast, then perhaps the service is worth it.

I don't think reasonable reporting is too much to ask of an online broker. That is, a RAES eligible option order should get reported back to my account within one-two minutes. Ameritrade seems to execute that fast, but I'm lucky if I get a report back within half an hour. Lombard/Discover wasn't much better. NDB's option department was great, IMHO, but dealing with people on the stock side was a nightmare.

I'm hoping that when DATEK finally offers options (the latest promise is 3Q98...patiently waiting), my desires will be answered. I don't think there is an online broker today that has automated options routing, but I wouldn't be surprised to see DATEK do it, at least for RAES eligible orders.
