poring over the filing on atnf etc. it look likes k. raised over $100 million from investors even if $9 million is gone that should leave over $91 million in cash. It looks like they issued 17.5 million shares to acquire the biotech company but it provides no explanation as to how that was or is a fair price for the company. This is not the kind of spec I want to be involved in as the whole presentation of information seemed very muddled.
This may turn out to be a great deal but i have no ability to evaluate this. I will leave it to others. At least softbank is up overnight good in japan.

re atnf it looks like prior to 2020 there were already shareholder redemptions of $70 million . there probably were more r redemptions in 2020 prior to the $9 million. and other expenses. So other than patents and some very smart previously successful guys doing drug research there is not much in the way of the assets here.

re Softbank I found a valuation analyses going back to february of 2020. which leads me to believe that the Softbank could now be worth $75-$100,

TEF and AIG went ex dividend on friday but shares of both dropped more than the amount of the dividend.
I added more SAMAW as i thought the warrant was cheap relative to the share price. It looks like that will be my only pot stock as i sold call against my CRON position and they are currently well above the call price.

I repurchased calls on berkshire, and unfi for pennies. Turns our that there is no commission at fidelity for buying or selling calls that are 10 cents or less. also paid up and repurchased the $10 calls I sold on macerich. I hope that unfi will rebound to at least $17 and then I will write some more calls against my position.
I am about 89% invested. Dividend over entire invested portfolio about 3.5%.

I am hoping the big move in Disney bodes well for DIscovery. I think it makes it more likely that it gets acquired by either Netflix or Disney or Amazon because of the ridiculous multiples these stocks enjoy.
