My guess would be that judges in general are not interested in the math or statistics or probabilities, but rather in hard evidence. Anybody who has looked at the numbers related to this election should at least go "hmmmmm", before passing judgment. Myself, I don't much give a rat's ass which one these corrupt loser ends up in office. And, IMHO, it may well be the case that one side out cheated the other.
