Riley: I looked in Edgar and it appears they have no filings there. I looked at the web page and under Financials this is all I could find:

iwebtech.com

Do you have a source where I can find financial information. Total stock and float?

Well I don't enough to argue with you about Mingo Bay Riley...

I looked through their website and was impressed with the time they spent trying to describe their business.

Also, the name Mingo Bay is catchy and strikes me as having possibilities.

I will have to try their Ice Tea concentrate. I'm a big SunTea fanatic and have seldom found any processed tea that could substitute in quality and flavor. I'll probably not have the time to make it back to Charleston for several months, but I keep it mind to look for it the next time I'm there.

It certainly seems to have traveled farther than RMIL but its stock is only $1. Kinda tells you something about RMIL doesn't it??

Regards,

Ron
