Ken,

DWCH is in a turnaround situation and is now regrouping after a change of CEO, sale of a major asset and is now reinstating vigor into their sales staff & product line. This will take a while...in the meantime, all the restructuring, etc. is "wiping the slate clean" so that the new management can focus on the advantages of the core business.

Yes they were cut loose late last year and got the proceeds from the sale of another holding so the current revenue shows an earnings value higher than the current price of the stock, about $3 per share.
With the current re-alliance with IBM, iI'm not throwing rocks at it and will buy more on Monday.
