The Idaho GOP released the following statement today indicating their support for the lawsuit filed by Texas, and currently supported by 17 other states, challenging the 2020 election results in four battleground states:

Boise, Idaho – The Idaho Republican Party fully supports Texas in its efforts to ensure that our elections meet the high standards and expectations of the U.S. Constitution. The people need certainty and clarity to restore their faith that the integrity of our elections was maintained.

To show our support, the Idaho Republican Party will file an amicus brief in support of the Texas suit.

PA House Speaker Cutler, Senate Maj. Leader Benninghoff file Amicus Brief in support of Texas suit


Those are PA Republicans, the Gov and Sec State are Dims. It is a good sign that if allowed, the Legislature would vote Trump.
