Wade,

I think we are beginning to become aware of the timing for the CD in the Wonderware distribution channel. However, I think it behooves us as investors to ask ourselves a few questions about the CD distribution via TAVA's own client list. I think most of us had the impression that the CDs were going to kick in much earlier and in greater quantity than they appeared to have done at this point in time. Here are a few questions to kick around that if answered, I think will allow us a better perception of CD potential.

1. Is TAVA's own client list getting the same deal as the Wonderware distribution channel, i.e. 90 days to decide to purchase after they receive the CD. This would have a large bearing on timing for volume CD income.

2. When TAVA is assigned a job to do assessement with their own engineers do they charge extra per site for the CD? Since it is virtually just a tool in getting the job done, can they justify charging extra for their own use of this tool? Following up on this would this mean that if TAVA is working on 100 factory sites at present that they have only sold 100 CDs at this point in time?

I think these questions are pertinent as I for one feel that the CD could be one of the largest factors in short term income. There will be a point I believe in the very near future in which TAVA may become maxed out in terms of supplying engineers for assessement and remediation purposes. At that point in time, the CD may well be the chief means for an increased acceleration of income. It might be helpful to generate some discussion in this regard. Does anyone have anything garnered from the questions after the SHM to contribute concerning the CDs?

Regards,

Gerry
