Phil Kline giving a fantastic testimony at Wisconsin hearings.

One key point is that the potential for fraud is sufficient for legislatures to say not to certify.

They need to answer the question, "Was the election lawful? Was it consistent with your plan and your law? Do you have faith in the results?" These are the criteria.

"The question is not is there proof of fraud. Proof of fraud is a very difficult threshold to meet."

Added insight into how much Zuckerberg's foundations threw at all these battleground city elections which have been used to push the limits on all the safequards that were in place by adding things such as dropboxes that change the chain of custody. This resulted in changes in these elections which were not present in other parts of elections. This by itself is unconstitional because it treats some citizens and precincts different from others.
