Steve Jobs had some oddities about him that caused him grief. I worked in SV during the eighties. I arrived a few months before Black Monday in 1987 with just a H1-B visa. My life had been fairly cushy up to that point, I never worked anywhere where my job was under threat. October the 19th 1987 changed all that. It was a tough time for many and I always count my blessings first. My view is a belief in God is both natural and a normal condition for a human being. It takes other things to drive us from our natural state.
