Everything is contingent on this heap leach method actually working. What do we know about it?

It would only cost about $51 million to build out Talapoosa according to the timberline study... But Randy mentioned metates as the first project.
So... what you say makes sense...

I don't know if joe biden will open with an environmental lockdown... but there would be many ways to finance it... and it could be constructed and up and running almost before the new metates feasibility studies are ready to implement...If it took longer than 18 months to construct i would be shocked. -There may be something said about construction time in the timberline srudy put out in may 2015.

so what you say makes perfect sense....so is randy holding back on the development of talapoosa because that would be gunpoints call or did he look at the political situation in the US and say pfft ..

I believe but i don't know for sure that the talapoosa rock was tested with this new technology.... I could have only read that in a chesapeake news release so i will check that angle out.. the only other alternative source would have been a comment from randy at last years annual meeting..

It does make a lot more sense to generate a big whack of revenue each year from talapoosa rather than sell out for what may turn out to be the equivalent of one year in revenue now.... one would need much more information to base an opinion on such. Randy is at the helm and he will certainly have weighed such considerations from every possible angle already... we will probably get some kind of decision on what he wants to do with his talapoosa position in the new year... for certain the tests of the new technology on the talapoosa ore if there were any at all would be a major input into his considerations..
