DD: Good morning! I see Pugs has given a 15 day cushion to the management for the announcement of the receipt of cash. That I suppose will go into effect after the money has been received.

If the fundamentals count, a few million dollars isn't enough to make this comapany attractive to me. Pugs is relating the cash infusion to the squeeze and at the same time discounting the fundamentals. That would indicate that he may believe people may buy in due to a cash infusion thereby helping the alleged squeeze.

I don't know what affect the money would have on the garment making. It seems they would have to nearly start from scratch as they don't appear to be doing any business or at least much business if any in that area. The terms of the agreement indicate that a minimum of 20% of the cash shall go to Olympus Mills. That leaves the lions share to create and expand a bottled water business. It would seem that RMCW has no use for OVIS other than a trading vehicle. Apparently RMCW attempted an IPO in 96 however something failed. I don't know what that is but would be careful of a company that can't establish a trading presence of their own.

It should also be noted that the terms of the agreement automatically rescind the merger if the cash infusion is not made by the 30th of the month. I believe that would be noteworthy and release by RMIL would be immediately forthcoming if the cash was received and/or the agreement was extended for another time period.

Daddy, are you still here? <s>

Some good posts last night amongst the bad and they deal with humanity. There have been many posts which have not contributed anything to this discussion board regarding RMIL, pro or con.

In some instances, lines were drawn in the sand, and instead of discussing the company, financing,...it has become nothing more than jabs at one another.

Right now, all shareholders are in a bad position. Their company's stock is not trading, they have very little business, very little money, and are dependent upon a very important merger for survival.

The squeeze is affected by the stock not trading and there are questions regarding how this stock will trade if it opens soon, and there are no additional complications from the business side which could have a negative impact on the potential squeeze.

Then there is the international financing which apparently has missed another deadline because of a supposed clearing problem because too much liquidity in a non liquid asian market is flooding the U.S. and shareholder dollars have to hang their hats on that being the truth.

Mr. Puhr has shared information with some of the shareholders of RMIL
and those shareholders may want to ask additional specific questions to ensure what is being told you is completely accurate. Then at least you will be able to contact an international bank department and ask them if this could be a plausible scenario.

I know of no one who is trying to stop anything that posts to this board. There are most certainly oppossing views regarding RMIL
but those extremes are moving more to a middle ground than further apart.

FTJOE has been trying to keep a balance here and he is right. No matter what we discuss here, it will have no future affect regarding
the status of the merger, the financing or when it trades again. We do not affect business orders,...

Some posters cannot post what they have been told confidentially regarding corporate matters as it would destroy the confidence of their relationship with Puhr, Morgan...that is very understandable, yet we know it has been communicated via the e-mail thread so the communication within the group has been accomplished anyway.

I certainly hope we will see less happiness over one's prior decision to invest in this stock or any other stock that has had difficulties and hope that in this case, the complications in the once again late delivery of funds is for valid reasons, and a valid guideline has been established when they will arrive.

If this proves out to be a scam, I want nothing more than management to be held as responsible as possible for the damage they have done and that they be made to understand how this affected lives personally. The GIFS story literally destroyed some families.

If this proves to be a complicated transaction that indeed is completed, congratulations to everyone here. Your perseverance is a credit to each and everyone of you. I may dislike what management has done in the past, but my hope is that you good people make a bundle.
