Demosthenes I’ve been saying this for months. That’s why the DOJ needs to prosecute Trump. Trump will raise his self pardon as a defense. It will go to the Supreme Court and there is a decent chance he’ll lose.

We need to abolish the SCOTUS. It was never envisioned by the founders to be this important. It is just another destructive force in the country..
