Michael,

SAP is currently traded as an ADR (symbol: SAPHY) on OTC. This is mainly because of its (German) accounting practices that do not meet the criteria of the big board or Naz. But, as you said, all will change in August when SAP is scheduled to be traded on the NYSE.

I bought my first lot of SAPHY in May 1997 at $53, and it's been going almost straight up ever since. Regret I didn't mortgage the farm or kids. :-)

SAP's current OTC tradiding status DOES NOT reflect the quality of this stock, as many great foreign companies are exactly in the same boat. (ie. Siemans AG, etc.) because of accounting rules.

Regards,
Ibexx
