It’s clear that none of the three will live up to the promise of legitimate constitutional originalist. Like Roberts, they are milquetoast libs who will occasionally disagree with their radical left colleagues. Thomas and Alito are superstars in the history of that court. Like Scalia, they revere constitutional principles over cocktail party acceptance and are consistent in their jurisprudence. The rest are nobodies who will be quickly forgotten when the court is lucky enough to be rid of them.
