Dozens of OTC scams are sold every day and they do absolutely nothing but they meet the requirement of doing no harm.... My current favorite is from Balance of Nature.....capsules filled with squished veggies and fruits. They make all sorts of claims for them....today I heard a woman testify that she used to have such sore feet she couldn't wear her beloved sandals but after using the fruit and veggie capsules she can walk in bare feet!! I don't how many you're supposed to take but it must take a jar full to get any food value.
