ED re: After the big move early this month we haven't given much ground even though there has been no substantive news to help support the price... WCII is forming a high tight flag, one of my favorite chart formations, very bullish, we need news from the company itself or industry related to move the stock higher. If I was running the company I would use this time, (after the bulk of corporate earnings have come out), to issue a new release, that way the news wouldn't get lost in the noise. This week would be good time to do the above and the chart would support another leg up. Greg
