Did they just buy the name? I seem to recall some promo outfit named Blue Wave Advisors buying RagingBull it from IDC(?) a few years back. If it's the same site, they deep-six'd all of the old message boards. The same outfit owned other promo sites; if owning a single avenue for promo is good, owning more than one is ostensibly better. Until it isn't. I wonder if there's going to be a parallel DOJ action. That's usually announced at the same time, so perhaps not in this instance.
