To All: Unless I am mistaken, there has been no discussion as to HOW Myriad got into the problems that they are in that a tiny company like FAMH could buy them for 2.5 Million shares, 350K in cash plus dept assumption of 1.5 Million... .... Anyone in the know as to what caused their problems other than the tax issue? BTW< Is it possible that, in addition to Myriads legal problems, that they see the benefit of this deal...that THEY believe a $20+ per share is not out of the question.....(gets them most of there money back)?? Or am I reaching here???
