How is it biased to say a simple fact? Republicans in the House and Senate refused to pass TARP even though it was their party that came up with it. After the first vote went down in defeat the Dow suffered its biggest drop in history. You'd think they'd be Americans and do the right thing but instead they voted against it a second time. When I state facts, please don't call it biased. You're trying to shut down debate (kinda like calling us socialists every time we do something when the real socialists are the people who can't raise taxes).
