We had years of spending cuts under Obama (the sequestration) and no balanced budgets but we had ONE tax increase under Clinton and we had years of balanced budgets AND a booming economy. Maybe tax cuts don't work. Reagan, Bush, and Trump cut taxes and each gave us record deficits.

You can't explain this. No one can so you blame others. It's very republican....you know, to not think beyond the party line.
