dreydoc Thats pretty much the way I see Cisco and Lu. Cisco's product line and research indicate which direction they are going. To continue growing they are going to take on Lu's business and then go around them pretty quickly. Lu has a great research arm, I just hope they don't go to sleep at the wheel. It will be a great fight but in reality there is room for both of them. Cisco has finally reached warp drive with product introduction. Cisco does not need LU to succeed. regards Eric
