Basset
and
Dalmation

Dalmasset, Basmation, cute puppy.
Has anyone tried feeding their dogs whole sardines?
I found a bag at PetSmart, frozen solid.
I feed them to the dogs entire.
Finn has really enjoyed them because he will eat onions, he doesn't care.
Sweetie is however the pickiest eater and this is made much worse by her Addison's.
She has been mouthing them for twenty seconds or so, mauling them a bit, then leaving them.
So Finn has been eating hers as well as his.
I suppose it is better than bird seed.
When Elton and Paul arrive (cats) I think they will like them but I hesitate.
I might have to put them in the laundry room with their sardines, the smell is atrocious.
It actually says on the package they keep for three days but they smell bad as soon as they are thawed.
For some reason the sardines make me think of Buck and Francois and Buck having to fight to keep his fish.

That puppy could be called a Bastion as well I suppose.
That would even sound right because it appears the dominant genes are basset.
