After 20 years in the software business you realize the costs associated with testing. Gary has selected a pool of testers
to test his product. There is cost associated with each and every
one of those testers.... Does your company have unlimited beta
distributions??? Probably not because it would cost to much when
the test requires distribution of hard copy materials, CD's, etc....
