yup, later on, I thought of the tax angle in which Randy's view of the future stock price would definitely be an important factor.

Also, I do not believe Randy sold those new shares. He wrote a large check ($1.9 million) to keep those shares to sell at a later date. While I do not want to make too much of this, but insiders buy (or write large check to exercise to hold shares) for only one reason. Hope to see a lot more info with the AGM this week.
