You're arguing a boom gives us balanced budgets. Okay, let's see if that's true. Did the housing bubble under Bush give us balanced budgets?

As you know Gingrich said the tax increase would have destroyed revenue and caused a recession. He was 100% wrong. Only you can argue that being 100% wrong deserves credit.
