Matt, where did you get these numbers? I ask because I had notes that say DFR( Diamond fields) of Voisey Bay fame, made 17 metres a day during the summer and 10 metres during the winter. My limited geology understanding puts this "hardrock" at the same density as the stuff in Timmins. I have no other info other than an obscure note in a WP file referring to progression during the early spring program. The depth reduction has to do with "clearing the hole" after extracting a portion of the core sample. I'm not sure if its freezing water or what. Please confirm your figures for me if you don't mind, because it may add more credibility to the rumour. Or its as Hutch says, anothe manipulation by the boys of Bay street. That raises a question what steet is the VSE on, I've forgotten ?
