Their is a chart in Barron's showing market caps of various asian stock markets. The point is that the capitalization of their entire stock markets is exceeded by GE, and other S&P companies. GE's market cap approaches the size of Taiwan's.

IMO, I don't believe there will be very many that are anxious to get out even. The stays in the high 20's were brief. I believe you would be correct if the stock had dropped into the low 20's, but 3-5 point drop from 33 should be tolerable to most investors. I for one have no intention of getting out even with the way things seem to be turning around so well. History shows that AMAT knows how to handle their earnings from qtr to qtr. The SEA stuff may try them a little this time, but we have seen other semi-equips come through fine so far so why would AMAT be any different. I suspect that you certainly won't be looking to get out even!
