Dear Altern8:

It's my opinion that you can lose a lot of money, and conversely lose out on making a lot of money by strict adherence to VectorVest. While I check my stocks against them, I don't use their recommendations. For fun you should run a fist full of small cap high tech stocks through their system...see how many have "Values" at 1-1/2 to 2 or more of their current prices and see how many buy recommendations you get...Event though they say the stock is worth twice its current market value, they still don't recommend buying it...doesn't make a lot of sense. Seems their buy/sell recommendations are all TA based which kinda means their value assessments have little or no value.

Neil

I own GTW stock right now and am looking for the right time to sell. For my self, (and just another opinion), I have used Vector Vest before and I find their analysis confusing and contradictory. Right I am using a combination of fundamentals and TA from Market Edge. This seems to be working much better. If you haven't ever tried Market Edge, you should visit their site, where you can get sample stock analysis. Good luck to all of us with GTW.
