China's economy is bigger than the US by most standards and will surpass the US soon using all standards. How can we say our economic system is better? We can't pass a stimulus bill during a pandemic but they got rid of the virus in 3 months. How can we say our political system is better? I think the younger generation is more willing to look at socialism and communism because capitalism has failed so miserably. Every time a republican gets power he collapses the economy and explodes the debt - debt my generation will have to pay back. I've said this a million times. There aren't any moral republicans left. They need money from future generations to pay for what they give away (tax cuts) and what they spend.
