I had a discussion with an "insider" in the San Jose school system.

It's all about the teachers and their union - controlled by the State government.

It boils down to sacrificing all the kids is okay with them.

It's not worth trying to figure out ways to protect teachers.

It's a REAL TRAGEDY for all the kids - some more than others.
