This Kazakhstan venture may be spurring interest..or maybe insider buying...or both? Need to do some digging, I guess. monthly...been dead for a long time but now pushing up through the trend line...fwiw. tradingview.com . recent. tradingview.com . Looks like a breakout from an inverse h&s pattern with the objective hit today. (This thing has defied expectations, hope, and logic for so long that any applied TA has to be taken with the grains of bitter experience here!!)
