I don't know of any "rich" farm owners around here. ....//... Of course "rich" is a relative term. Probably flies right over your head as someone who has never had to work to survive as many around the world do. Until then, I stand by my statement. The people who hire illegal immigrants are anything BUT "rich." Then why do they seek out the poor to pull their wagon? You hire someone to get up on your roof because you are afraid you might get skinned up or worse. You know there is not much difference between cheap and rich. Many well to do people feel they earned what they have and expect service with a smile, not willing to do what they want someone else to do for small money. I bet Trump has made your same argument many times when the wind changed. "Oh no, my property is not worth that much Mr. Tax Man", through his accountant of course.
