Yea, I have to agree Turbo Tax handles stock trades for doing
taxes fairly well. In the old days when our company was owned
by Lotus I use to have this complicated 123 spreadsheet for tracking it all.

But putting real time data into Excel is a very cool feature. We
supply a sample spreadsheet which is easy to run for this and
have a lot of users who use it. The most fun is doing demos of
Signal pushing real time data into Excel. Seeing real time trades
and formulas updating tic by tic in Excel totally freaks people out
the first time they see it.

I thought I knew the ins and outs of PCQuote's version of Real Tick but for the first time I wanted to set up price and volume alerts on a couple of stocks and I can't seem to see where that is possible. Am I missing something here or is this basic capability left out? I've looked on Boardviews and MarketMinders.
