Hpeace, highly recommend you read a few weeks worth of posts and the answer will become clear. With that said, the quick answer is results of Wave Tech analysis and additional seismic studies (i.e. exactly how much oil might there be). Welcome to the thread.

Hpeace,
Instead of reading the posts here, aol and yahoo, I suggest that you read the company's press releases first.

Anyway, since you asked and I've done all that already, here are my expectations for the moment:

a) Release of the Reserve Numbers
b) Joint Venture Agreement(s) - there could be one or more
c) Financing package for the refinery
d) other unexpected news, such as a buy or sell recommendation(s) from a major brokerage firm, etc.

Anyone of them has the potential to be announced anytime soon according to the company's press releases. At least read the November and December 1998 releases if you don't have the time to read them all to get the big picture. After that, proceed to scan the internet posts. There are lots of good information there.

welcome regards,
sycamore

Hunter: If you are referring to my posts, I think they're very clear. But to clarify your point, yes, I talked to Gary directly. The details of the conversation are found in my posts. No more no less.
